  1. Is the WMS really free? Yes. The core on-premise WMS is free for life with unlimited users.
  2. Do we need to pay per user? No. You can add warehouse staff, admins, managers, and other users without per-seat fees.
  3. Where is the software installed? It is installed on your own server, local computer, or private environment.
  4. Can it support multiple warehouses? No, the core software is meant to support One Customer, One Location, One Warehouse at a time. However you can opt for Jumbo Enterprise paid version for multiple warehouses.
  5. Are support and customization included? Support and customization form part of the Optional Paid Services and can be opted as required.
  6. I have a small inventory to manage, will the software support? Jumbo WMS Core is designed to support warehouse processes, it may not be a best fit for small inventories.

  1. Once you fill the demo form we inform you about the date and time of the demo and provide a demo of the WMS software.
  2. We provide you with the hardware configuration required for the setup.
  3. Once your hardware is ready we install the WMS software on your hardware remotely.
  4. We provide a Welcome Kit in which you will receive the demo video and software configuration documents.
  5. You are all set to use the WMS and manage your own inventory.

Optional Paid Services:

  1. In case you want us to configure the WMS or make any changes to the software then we charge a fixed cost available upon request
  2. In case you don’t have in-house IT team we can host the software on cloud and provide you with all the technical support
